You or another user will receive a notification that the limit has been reached. In practice the limit still allows each user to send at least one photo, so if 20 users, the theoretical limit is 29: the first user sends 10 photos then each of the 19 other users is allowed one photo. 

The limit is calculated on the number of photos sent during the last 22 hours. Example: if you send 10 photos on Monday at 8pm, you have to wait until Tuesday at 6pm to be able to send new photos. On the other hand, the other users will be able to send one photo each during this period. We have set up this system to encourage daily use of the frame.
