Most of our products (but not all!) can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
We do everything we can to make this process as simple as possible.


Before You Begin

Before initiating a return, please check if your item appears on our final sale list.

Final Sale – Not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Tableware

  • Protective scarves

  • Manimo weighted animals

  • Hug comfort companion

  • Accessible art supplies

  • Eugeria gift cards

  • Pill dispensers

  • Door and motion alarms

  • Books and activity workbooks

The following products can only be returned if they have never been opened or used:

  • Fiora sensory products

  • Joy For All Pets interactive animals

If your item is not on either of the lists above, it may be eligible for a return.


What Are Your Options?

You have two options:

  • Exchange – We’ll send you a replacement product upon receipt of the original item. No restocking fees apply to exchanges.

  • Refund – If you prefer a refund, we’ll apply it to your original method of payment, minus a 5% restocking fee.


How to Proceed

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Make sure your item meets the return conditions listed above.

  2. Log in to our returns portal with the email address you used when you made your purchase.

Once our team reviews and approves your request, we’ll reply with:

  • The address to send the package to

  • The deadline to return the item

  • Instructions to complete the return or exchange


Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the package is returned safely.


Refunds

Once the package reaches our warehouse, we’ll inspect the product’s condition and issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a 5% restocking fee.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your payment method.
