It may happen that a user misplaces the USB cable or power adapter provided with their SMPL music player. If this is your case, note that it is entirely possible to purchase a replacement.

USB cable:
To charge or transfer files to your SMPL player, a USB Type A male-to-male cable is required. This type of cable is widely available in electronics stores or online.

Power adapter:
The SMPL music player operates with a specific power adapter. To ensure the device's safety and compatibility, it is important to follow the specifications below when purchasing a new adapter:

• Input: 100-240V AC ~ 50/60Hz 0.5A

• Output: 9.0V — 1.0A

Before using a new adapter, make sure it provides exactly the same voltage (9V) and current (1A). Using an inappropriate adapter could damage the device.
