Is the Phone Ready to Use Upon Delivery?Updated 2 months ago

The phone is not ready-to-use out of the box. It must be activated by linking it to a caregiver via the RAZ Caregiver app:

1. Insert a SIM card (with data).
2. Go to www.razmobility.com/activate and enter the activation details.
3. Download the caregiver app, it is called RAZ Caregiver  and is  available for both iOS and Android devices, you can download it from the app store or google play.
