How Does the GPS Feature Work?Updated 2 months ago

The RAZ Memory Cell Phone includes a GPS feature that allows caregivers to see the phone's location history directly from the RAZ Caregiver App.

• To access GPS tracking:

  1. Open the RAZ Caregiver App.

  2. Tap the three dots ( … ) in the bottom right corner.

  3. Select "GPS Location".

You’ll be able to view up to three recent locations from the past 30 minutes.

If the GPS is not accurate:

• The phone may need to be recalibrated. This is a known issue and happens occasionally.

• Contact RAZ Support at 1-800-729-0083 while you have the phone with you. RAZ may walk you through a special sequence to exit the app temporarily and make internal adjustments.
