If the time stays frozen or doesn’t advance:

  1. Reset the device by removing the batteries for 3–4 hours.

  2. Replace the batteries if the issue continues.

  3. If necessary, leave the batteries out overnight for a deeper reset.

  4. Clean the device: Remove the tray and wipe the base and top of the unit with a dry cloth to eliminate dust or debris.
