- Check the CALL BLOCK Button
If someone is on-site, ask them to press the button with the lock icon or “CALL BLOCK” (depending on the model) and follow the on-screen instructions. - Call from a Different or Hidden Number
Try calling from a number that hasn’t been blocked—or use anonymous mode by dialing *67 before the phone number. This may help bypass a temporary block - Reset the Blocked Numbers List
If someone has access to the phone:
Press the MENU button on the handset or base.
Navigate to CALL BLOCK > BLOCKED NUMBERS.
Locate and delete any blocked numbers—especially if it’s yours.
