What Should I Do If the Smarturns Knobs Aren’t Showing Up in the App?Updated 2 months ago
If your Smarturns hub is set up but the knobs are not appearing in the app, there are two possible reasons:
The knobs may have been unpaired from the hub
The knobs may be out of battery
To check the battery status, use the pin provided in the Smarturns package to press the reset button on the back of each knob. If the red LED does not blink, the knob may be out of battery.
