If you're using a different USB key with your SMPL radio, it's important to ensure it is properly formatted. The radio only supports USB keys that are formatted in FAT32.

 USB Formatting Requirements

• The USB key must be formatted as FAT32.

• If the key is formatted as NTFS or exFAT, it will not work with the radio.

How to Format Your USB Key (Windows)

1. Plug the USB key into your computer

2. Locate the device under "This PC" or "My Computer"

3. Right-click on the USB drive icon

4. Select "Format" from the dropdown menu

5. Under "File System", choose FAT32
