If your customer is experiencing issues with the USB key, try the following steps:

  • Ensure the USB is securely inserted. Some keys need to be extended before use.

  • Use a standard USB V2.0 or V3.0, no larger than 64GB.

  • Confirm all music files are in MP3 format.

  • Refer to the manual for downloading guidance.

  • MAC OS is not supported — use Windows for better results.

  • Make sure the USB only contains music files. Reformat the key if needed (this erases all content).

  • Always safely eject the USB from your computer.
    If the issue continues, try a different USB and test with a few songs. Share images of the USB contents and format if further help is needed.
