If your customer is experiencing issues with the USB key, try the following steps:
Ensure the USB is securely inserted. Some keys need to be extended before use.
Use a standard USB V2.0 or V3.0, no larger than 64GB.
Confirm all music files are in MP3 format.
Refer to the manual for downloading guidance.
MAC OS is not supported — use Windows for better results.
Make sure the USB only contains music files. Reformat the key if needed (this erases all content).
Always safely eject the USB from your computer.
If the issue continues, try a different USB and test with a few songs. Share images of the USB contents and format if further help is needed.
