The Eugeria Warranty: What You Need to KnowUpdated 2 months ago
At Eugeria, we understand how important product reliability is—especially when the items are meant to support the daily lives of individuals living with cognitive impairments or specific needs. Below is a clear overview of our warranty policy, based on product types and applicable conditions.
Standard Warranty
Most products sold by Eugeria are covered by a standard one-year warranty starting from the date of receipt. This applies to manufacturing defects or functional issues not caused by misuse or physical damage.
If a product shows a defect that is not due to improper use, an exchange may be offered upon presentation of proof (e.g., photo, video, or return of the product). The replacement product is under warranty until the same date as the original product.
Varying Duration Depending on the Product
Some products come with a warranty tailored to their use or technology:
Calendar clocks: 1-year warranty
Familink: up to 2 years
It is therefore important to check the specific details for each product.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The following situations are not covered under warranty:
Physical damage caused by drops, impact, or mishandling
Exposure to water or other harmful elements
Incorrect installation or inadequate maintenance
Purchases made from someone else (like buying a used Eugeria product from another person or website)
These exclusions may void the warranty.
Returns and Refunds
If you would like to return a product for a refund:
The return must be made within 30 days of delivery, or 60 days for the Idem clock
The product must be in its original condition and packaging
A 5% restocking fee may apply
