I received an email from Canada Post saying they delivered my order but I did not receive itUpdated 2 months ago
In many cases, Canada Post may mark a package as "delivered" a few hours before it actually arrives. It’s best to wait up to 24 hours after receiving the notification to see if it shows up later in the day.
If you received a delivery confirmation from Canada Post but don’t see your package, don’t worry — this can happen from time to time. First, we recommend checking around your home or building, as the delivery may have been left in a safe location such as a porch, mailbox or lobby. If you live in an apartment, it’s possible a concierge or front desk received it on your behalf.
Also, check your mailbox or front door for a delivery slip. If the item couldn’t be left safely, you may have been directed to pick it up at a nearby post office.
If after 24 hours you still don’t see it - please contact Canada Post for assistance.
