Identify Where You're Stuck
Please let us know which part of the setup you're having trouble with. If possible, send us a screenshot—this will help us understand the issue more clearly.
Smarturns Not Found / Can’t Connect to TOCH_XXXX
Try manually connecting to the TOCH_XXXX network from your phone’s Wi-Fi settings. This is the Wi-Fi hotspot that the hub creates during setup.
Wi-Fi Network Doesn’t Show Up in the Dropdown List
Refresh the list of available networks. It might take up to three tries before your network appears.
Hub Configuration Failed
This may mean that the hub is already registered to another user. If this happens, please contact [email protected] and include the serial number (S/N) located on the bottom of your hub.
